I'll make this short and sweet. This happened a few months ago in February 2010. I was going through a horrible period of intense depression and plagued by evil spirits. I'm quite sensitive to the spiritual realm and used to feed myself extremely dark knowledge which can be hugely devastating to all involved. Before this I was never a religious person although I'd been interested in spirituality for a year or so. I was feeling particularly bad on this Saturday evening and was watching the sun set (I know, its hard to be miserable when watching a beautiful sunset but I was), so I thought I'd pray.
I basically said "God, if you're there please bring me a sign because I need you". So I was driving home from the beach and in the sky I saw the eyes of jesus, complete with crown of thorns around the outline of the head. The amazing this was, I was looking at MY eyes (it is written that the kingdom of god is within each man). I stopped the car and just stared-It lasted for about a minute and it was the most pure, beautiful thing I've experienced before or since. It was God letting me know that he and his son Lord Jesus Christ were there for me and would see me through the tough times. I am still plagued by dark forces but whenever they rear their head I think back to this night, and smile. I would love to hear from people who have had similar experiences, thanks for reading.
