I live on a 20 acre farm with my Mum and brother and always have. Lately, my Mum and I haven't been getting along as well as we used to be, and we end up screaming at each other. I went walking and found myself in the back corner of our property. It's completely deserted, so quite peaceful. I sat down on the rough grass and folded my legs. I put my finger and thumb together and closed my eyes. For some reason, even though there was no one for about 500m2, I felt like someone was there. I had my back to the neighbour's fence. It had dry grass that was probably waist deep.
I was in a grumpy mood from my recent fight with Mum. I kind of started talking saying "I'd like to believe you're there, but you never seem to do anything to help. Please just give me a sign that you're there."
I waited for a while; nothing happened. I tried again, getting a bit frustrated.
Almost immediately after, the grass behind me shook violently, as though a large animal was passing through it. I turned around and stared, slightly scared (What if it was a snake?) It faded away as though the creature was just sitting there. After a while, I inched closer to take a look. Nothing was there. It was an unnatural movement in the grass. I could see the bottoms of the grass quite clearly, so I'd be able to see if an animal was in there. It was the sort of movement by a fox or a rabbit, but definitely not the wind.
I haven't dared to question him since. I don't want to risk it.
My Mum has also had an experience like this over 10 years ago. She was driving late at night. It was raining and the road was black and almost impossible to see. She said "If you're there, then you should prove it to me."
Nothing happened. She got a bit smutty and said "Well I guess you're not there then."
Suddenly the whole car jerked as though she'd hit something, like a large animal or a wall. She didn't stop, because she knew it was nothing, she just didn't dare question again.
Thoughts? Opinions? Am I crazy? Lol
