Room Filled With Light

Thank you everyone ❤️ my bright light happened when I was 5 years old. It was coming down our hallway towards my bedroom. The light was so very very bright but the difference was a lot of chanting noise with it, like in a church session. I knew I wasn't dreaming because our dog came running down the hall and jumped up to hide under my blanket and scratched my cheek along the way in. I am 60 know and thought I was the only one with this experience. What a relief that we are many.

I to the light filled my room I was inside the light but to the right of the light was a shape of a cloud with different soft colors in it.go's showed me love was real, I said how beautiful tears running down my face and then I felt I need to hurry and get back... It was so cool. More please

This first time I wanted to change my life
THE BIG QUESTION I HAD WAS IS THERE A GOD.
The scriptures said if I wanted to Know then ask in prayer. So I set out to ask. I worked in a convenience store. I was the stock boy. I kept the cooler stocked and back room stock organised. I worked in the back on my own, it was a quite and private spot for me. Every day I woke praying. I prayed at work every day during my duties, I prayed at night. I was determined not to give up until I received an answer. I was in and out of constant prayer every day for possibly for 10-14 days, it was days of constant effort, but I can't remember how many days exactly. Then one day alone in the back stock room I was in a standing position while praying, I was asking if there was a god. Then to my amazement and instantly Then room filled up with a light. It was brilliant as lighting, brighter than the sun, brighter than anything imaginable.
Its hard to explain. I could look into the light and it did not make me squint it did not hurt my eyes. This surprised me. I was incased in this light, its all I could see and at the same time all I could feel. It filled me up, it filled my being my heart my soul, I could feel it surge into every cell of my body with such a magnificent force of gentle calm. It was a magnificant surge of unconditional love, the emotion was magnified to such an unexplainable level that It surpassed any emotion that a normal person could not even possibly feel with out the assistance of a deity. Tears gushed from eyes and then a voice spoke two words. Again the voice followed suit with the experience. Its was the loudest most powerful gentle loving voice I ever heard its hard to describe. It filled me up with the light. It was a voice of a thousand trumpets that soothed my soul. The voice said Follow me. After hearing the voice of Christ. I was then returned back into my normal setting I felt I was thrown back into a carnal state back into the filth of a carnal world. I felt dirty after leaving this godly state. I felt like having a shower. I was in a state of shock. I was amazed. I needed to leave this store. This is a place that I used to hide my drug use my drinking my sins. I Immediately decided that I needed to leave this place and never come back. I Walked off my job right there and then. I entered the store front heading for the front exit door, on my way a co worker he was yelling my name trying to get my attention, I looked over at him and then he said and I quote " O MY GOD WOW BY THE LOOK ON YOUR FACE ITS LOOKS LIKE YOU JUST SAW GOD! I faced he door with no words from me and headed home as fast as I could go. I arrived home I felt very tired I could not keep my eyes open I crashed on the couch and then I went into a dream it felt like I dreamed for days. I then dreamed a godly dream I knew it was connected to my recent experience. As soon as I woke I told someone what I dreamed and to my surprise and to their surprise they remembered it as a dream that was documented some where in scripture but was not sure where. They made some calls to some church officials and to help us research where this dream was documented. We found out. It was the same dream that LEHI had in the book or Mormon ref: 1st NEPHI CHAPTER 8. I had never read this before but now I was reading what I just dreamed I could not believe again what I was experiencing. I had dreamed the entire dream in detail. This is a whole other story but very connected to the experience I had in the stock room. This is what kept me hanging on this is what gave me hope never to give up on conquering my demons and addictions its also what lead me to my wife today over 35 years later.

I always had experiences with spirits both at night and during the day. I will not say exactly what happened since it may seem scary. I will say I I am a God loving person and my gift creates things to happen. I am a sensitive and I believe that if we Have positive thoughts and intentions, we keep away negative influences. The visitations I experience are of light

Hi. Please note that my post was definitly not intented to scare or detract from any of the other expereinces on this page. I myself am still trying to understand the big picture. I would also like to mention that at the time my father required help and inspiration during a lengthy legal battle. Help I believe he was being given. X

My whole family whitnesed the same thing for months around 1998 to 2000. I believe a lot of people do. And at the instant it was quite scarey. The fear only lasted seconds for me for some reason which I can't fathom. Anyhow I whitenessed a beautiful white light eminating from my parents bedroom. When I entered the room I saw my father sat bolt upright in bed eyes wide open catatonic. My mother lying flat eyes closed but arms extended toward the corner of the room. Where a seven foot tall effervessing white Alien with black eyes stood. My reaction was to lash out at it, when it turned to me looked shocked and more or less instantly disapeared into a single white dot in its belly button very weird. As it did the waves of light in the room were sucked up like a hover had been swithed on. And at this point my father snapped out of his catatonic state exclaiming did you see the light. All he saw was the lightnot the alien/angel. Although my mother who woke seconds later stated that she had seen the alien and the light but was held to the bed by some force.
So call them angels or aliens. In my experience the two things are the same.

I went to bed last night and after 10 to 15 minutes of my eyes closed I was aware of a light (as you do when the first bit of light comes through your curtains) When I opened my eyes the bedroom was still dark, but the hallway outside my bedroom door was filled with a bright white light. It lasted for around 10 seconds. In the hallway there is no way any light could have filled that area. If it had come from my bedroom window then the bedroom would have been light also. I had just been praying as I have felt quite low and was telling God in my prayers that I still believe in him even though I feel I was loosing my path of spirituality. I feel it was God's way of communicating with me and saying it was going to be alright.

Last night July 29, 2019. It must be 3am or so I was in my bed trying to sleep for it's a hot night. Suddenly turned to my other side facing the door which is wide open. I saw the living room blue in color like a light... I live in basement and I was. This was so confusing and strange. This morning I was thinking about it. Was I awake? I know I am awake because I saw it and I could not sleep. I hope I am not going crazy...

I also had an experience with light. I had gone to a club with a friend and I was drinking a cooler that I had watered down with water, as I am not fond of drinking alchohol in large amounts. I had drunk about a half of my watered down drink and started to feel weird, drunk (At this point I had drunken a quarter of a cooler. That's it!) My speach was slurred and I was staggering as though I was very drunk. Another friend even teased me for being so drunk. Feeling very uncomfortable I asked my friend to give me a lift and I left my car at the club:.
On the way to my friends house I still felt drunk and I began to vomit. I felt better after vomiting and no longer felt as drunk or otherwise out of sorts.
We arrived at my friends house and I laid down in bed to rest.
As I lay in bed I started to feel a bubbling sensation in my stomach. The bubbles continued slowly up into my chest then my throat and finally into my face and head. I could now hear the bubbles. Later I described it as the sound a can of 7-up soda makes when you open it.
I lay with my eyes closed and comfortably allowed this sensation to continue. As I lay there a bright light came upon my face and I quickly opened my eyes. I remember thinking someone is outside shining a bright light through the window right at me. When I opened my eyes the light was gone. I again closed my eyes and saw a tiny pinpoint of light which grew and grew until I was bathed in it. The light faded and would come again, pinpoint to flood. This happened several times. I tried to count but could not maintain concentration. I believe I was flooded seven times but cannot be sure. I felt no fear or pain, only comfort and curiosity.
I don't know how but after this event slowly and incrementally I began to want Jesus in my life more and more. I don't know what happened that day, all I know is my life changed from that day forward. Part of me believes that Jesus needed to clean my soul of the evil that presided there and that was why I needed to vomit. Honestly, I believe I was babtised in the holy spirit and I pray for others to experience some sort of supernatural experience such as we have been blessed with.
People have tried to tell me that I had a neurological happening and others that I had been drugged, which I know I wasn't... But none of that accounts for my shift in spirituality. I am grateful to jesus for loving me and for making me a part of his flock. Yay Jesus!

In my bedroom a dim white light 3-4 feet I usually see in a fixed corner of my room, that is in front of my almirah. This happens at night when there is no source of light to come there. It's happening since 2015 when I noticed it first, may b it's older than that

I'm so glad I found this thread! The same thing happened to me and my older brother when we were kids on holiday in Ireland. I was about 13, I was in bed in the room I shared with my brother and the window to my left (the blind was shut) started getting brighter and brighter - slowly the room filled with light, until even the shadows were filled with light and I could only see bright white light, and then it gradually faded away. I couldn't tell you how long it took - maybe over 5 minutes but it could have been longer. There was no sound and I wasn't scared at all, just interested and confused. My brother slept through it that night, but the night before it had happened to my brother and I had slept through it. The next night my Dad came and slept in the room with me and we left the blinds open but nothing happened.
I have never been able to explain it. I am a Christian now - wasn't at the time - and I hope it was God or an angel or something visiting us, or maybe we could It passing by

I had the very same experience which shock and surprised me also, but eventually after talking to others, now I believe that that was an spiritual experience and a blessing sent to me from God. This was during the month of Ramadan (I am Muslim, Please do not hate me, I am a good muslim) on this the 27th day of Ramadan according to Qurran God sends down angels and spirits for different purposes. I was sitting in our downstairs room around 4 am when suddenly a very bright white light filled the room, and then very quickly disappeared. I was shaken and very distraught, wondering where it came from. The blinds were down and there were no storms or anything like that. I now thank God for blessing with his special light.

I have had this experience all my life a bright light that fill up the hold room I remember very thing shutting down in my home but this light seen to follow me it seen crazy but it's ture I have wittenss to what I'm saying I'm glad I'm not alone and someone has experience what I have this has been going on for years for me the bright light that fills up your room I don't feel alone reading that other experience what I have I have seen many things that I can't explain if I told my story you will say I'm crazy

I researched "blue light lite up room" and found this message board. I wanted to tell you and others that I have also experienced seeing a blueish white light. About five months ago, my niece passed away and I spent the night at my parents house in my childhood bedroom. It was about 5am and I just finished feeding my 4 month old baby and laid her down. I then went back to bed and I laid there maybe 10 minutes when all of a sudden the room lite up in a bluish white light. It lasted about 3 seconds or so. I thought I was seeing things and then it happened again. I then was freaked out and ran into the living room and waited there until my mom woke up to tell her what I just saw. Well come to find out, my mom has also seen their bedroom light up in a blueish white light at night too right after her father (my grandpa) passed away.

Hey chemical64! That's a neat experience, did that scare you or what were you thinking or feeling? What do you think it is? I was thinking back to when I was a kid like 7 and I remember one time being in a beach house with another kid. I must have had my eyes closed because I felt the room get bright but did not see anything but my friend said the room got bright with light... And I have read around on this site and noticed other people including you and I have also experienced a light manifesting out of no where. I just want to know what it is and I'm assuming it is not a bad thing since nothing bad happened to you or I. Take care and be safe on your journey!:0) ❤

I hope you reply... I've had that same happen to me. A light blueish white light filled up a room... I am not sure what it was about but all I know is I was scared. Not scared but in the context of my situation. It was back in 2001-2002 if I can recall. I was around 13 at the time, and my youngest brother was only a baby under the age of 1 and one night I felt compelled to check on him, as soon as I saw he was awake and picked him up... That white/blue light filled the room for a good 5 seconds, I didn't leave the room and it was as if there where no shadows cast in the room anymore... Anyhow... I've seen a light yes.

The fact that your friend's mom even confirmed that two Angelic Beings came to escort this negative spirit out of your home proves to me that you were being visited by the Divine- and God sent Angels out of compassion for you. I've also played with the ouija board, and let me tell you- demonic entities are very cunning and know how to take advantage of that thing to find an "open door" into your home. Many people think the ouijja board is innocent and a valuable spirit connection tool, but in my experience, it should never be used- even by those who pride themselves as psychics and clairivoyants. Evil is far more intelligent and skilled than the most psychic human, however Evil is no match for the Holy Spirit.

Please don't be afraid of the light. Please read my story, a Choir of Angels. I often have intense flashes of light, sometimes when I sleep or during the day. I live with a partner that is depressed most of the time, and I believe can draw negative spirits close. Aside from my own daily prayers of protection I know my angels and God's love is constant. As James has said firmly state your faith in God, and ask for the universe to attend you, and they will, in a second. God Bless.

Please don't play with Ouija boards anymore, those things are for real! I've had friends who have played with them. One said he stopped, when the triangle would move on it's own to awnser his questions. He got rid of the board. Another man that didn't think those things are for real, asked the Spirit Board a question, he said in a joking tone not taking it seriously, he asked "give me a sign you're in the room, When all of a sudden, a chair slid completely accross the room. He said he got rid of it immediately, and vowed never to fool around with those things. Hope you got rid of that thing, burn it!

If you keep your faith in God and call on the name of Jesus, evil must flee at the name of Jesus Christ. We have power over satan through the name of Jesus Christ.

The light and the warmth sounds like God, maybe it's a sign the cleansing worked. Either way, as the others said, "Dont Fear" keep your trust in Jesus!

Thank you for your comments on this post. I really appreciate that the comments were not negative towards my experience. This happened to me ten years ago. I was afraid because of the negative presence I invited in had already been harassing me. Then to have this other thing happen scared me. Looking back I can see whenever the light came, I was in a relaxed and happy mood. Like in the laundry room I had a flow of good thoughts and feelings. With the other thing... Nothing like that at all. It was cold and dark. I believe this was a lessen that there is a holy spirit. Since then my inner spiritual relationship with god has been strengthened. ❤

This is a beautiful experience that I can fully relate to. Don't be afraid, because there truly is nothing to be afraid of. I had the same issue with fear at the beginning because it was something unknown to me. I was shocked and wondered "OK am I going nuts or something?" Once I started to open my mind and let go of my fears I realized that this was God manifesting himself to me in the way that I could understand. For example, last week I was in my living room with my family when all of a sudden the entire room became bright with white light, and glitter seemed to be encompassing everything and everyone. The people in the room glowed with the same bright white light and an aura of the most beautiful blue. Did my family notice- nope - only me. In the darkness I see orbs and "sparkles" and have become accustomed to it now. At first it shocked me that my mind was opening up to all of this, however now I embrace these experiences. There is truly more to this world than the eye can see as I have come to discover. Each person experiences God in their own special way. So please don't be afraid, go with the flow!

Hello my wonderful friend!

Do not fear the light, the next time you see it, close your eyes and relax your body, something like a meditative state if you know how to do that. Then simply ask God if he is that light, wait for the answer, it will be there in a form appropriate for you.

I have twice had experiences with a BALL of light and seen bright lights in the room. The answers surprised the dickens out of me when I was able to hear them. I wrote about the experience of the ball on this site.

In short do not fear the light, for part of that light is YOU, don't worry if you don't understand that notion, in time you will. Remember you are a CHILD OF GOD, the light is of God ion one form or another and while it is present, whether actually or in your thoughts, nothing from the ethereal realm can hurt you.

If you think something evil is present, just simply smile and state loud and clearly "I am of God you cannot harm me, cannot scare me..." Let the universe take it from there...
