Portals

I never believed in this phenomenon until some months ago while a group of us were in church were doing intense prayer, and I saw in the spirit that a big black hole opened up in the spirit. When I talked about it to my pastor and the others they said they have no idea what it was.

So I decided to go and do research about it. I assumed it was a portal and I have this hypothesis that if strong prayer is offered up one will be opened. But I was wondering if it happens during Christian prayers only. So I asked some Muslims and Hindus because they were the two other major religions in Trinidad. Both religions have had few people that encountered portals through strong prayers. So I realized it was a rear phenomenon but it is possible through very strong prayer no matter the religious background. Please note that I only assume this because I did not ask these questions to all of the religious sects in the world.

Some weeks ago I talked to a friend of mine who is a Spiritual Baptist (Christian Sect) and she said that they call it gates but not portals and they can be dangerous. But I have heard that spirits and gods can come through one.

So I am asking anyone for any opinions on this matter because I am at a complete loss at this one.

The last thing I remember us saying before I saw the portal was 'Open the Gates of your Glory Oh Lord' Which I find was very interesting. Maybe words do have power. Again I say I could be wrong about these assumptions.

dear Rashidah, Frankllin was very clear and objective in his replies, I support his comments and wish to add some of what I have learned walking in the Holy Spirit: God is awakening His children of faith from all around the world. Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, on the African Continent, throughout the world.
Church leaders became radical in the bad sense and preached religiousity to people instread of teaching people they could become very quiet, enter into profound prayer and converse with our Holy Creator- this is the truth that you stumbled into with your faith. When we are of God, Nothing can stand against us!, Nothing. In TNT the Charismatic Catholics have a lot of expeerience in these matters you can check into them, also many evangelical churces are being awakened to PRAYER< FASTING AND WORSHIP- true heartfelt profound LOVE for GOD. Do not be afraid, speak to the Holy Spirit and ask Him to Teach and guide You to the place God wants you to grow in His Love and God will guide you! God bless!

Many Christians are extremely ignorant when it comes to other belief systems, and are very close-minded. If you start talking about energy and spirits and astral projecting, most of them get very jittery... The institution of the Church is great at keeping spiritual knowledge under control.

Why do most satanists know about portals and christians don't?

Once again, let me say that portals are not dangerous. Nothing can come through them other than your prayers going and the answers coming from God. Too many followers of satan know about this as opposed to to few Christians knowing about them.

Also, check out john paul jackson on youtube... And his website, www.steamsministries.com. Christians have dreams and visions, check out the book of Daniel. We are spiritual beings and we have gifts which are not revocable. That means they can be used for good or for evil. You have unlocked a door into the supernatural that is good. I encourage you to keep it open! I will like to hear more about it as I am researching this very topic. I know there are many portals in the US and around the world. You do not have unresolved issues, you are a spiritual person with a gift from God. Use it for His Glory!

There are "gates" and there are "portals"...the Scots call them "thin air"...they do exist. They can be utilized by either side, those seeking the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob of the Christian/ Jewish faith or those seeking satan. You cannot be sucked through one or have the demonic do anything to you. You have the power to fight satan. You do not give power to it and it has no power over you.

We were praying for the forces of darkness to nullify their powers.
Then after an hour of prayer I sensed this intense energy and then I saw the portal.

Rashidah,
As an Occultist I am aware of spiritual gates which do open during prayer and ritual. These gates are doorways into our world and through these gates come Deities.
It is rare to see such and even more rare that it was seen in church. I speak of these gates on a purely Non Christian stand point though.
As such gates are common among some Arabic Polytheistic systems. But they do not appear as dark or black holes. The concept is similar among some Euro Neo paganism communities as well. But not all. Depending on the denomination of your congregation it quite possibly could be your god answering the prayer or something else attempting to mislead you or decieve you. Some entities will attempt to take your attention away from your prayer or ritual and are thought to be only deceptions and illusions to disrupt what you are doing. What was the intense prayer about? What were you all praying for? This may shed some light on what exactly it was that you saw.
