Witchcraft Saved My Leg

I have been wiccan since I was 11 years old. My first ever spell was a wishing spell. I wanted a kitten so much but mum never would get me one and I tried a wishing spell to get a kitten. I didn't think it would work but I hoped it would, then a few months or weeks later, Mum said I could get a kitten! I was thrilled! Ever since I was 11 I have been doing spells and summoning mother nature.

Now, there is one spell that has changed my life forever! I was born with a condition called Charcot's joints where If you break a bone it crumbles and twists and it's forever damaged and sadly I broke my right ankle and left foot. I couldn't wear high heels any more which ruined my life as I have always loved high heels. My lovely small feet had gone all wide and horrible!

Then to my horror I broke my knee which left me depressed and I got OCD and tried to physically and mentally hurt my younger siblings all the time, from all the stress, I had to wear a leg brace which I didn't like at all. Everyone stared at me in disgust and boys always laughed at it.

Now I am a teenager and I still wear a leg brace but I am not depressed anymore. I haven't been since 2007 and I love and respect my siblings! My Dad who was a surgeon was going to help my leg get amputated as this is what I wanted but then he died in 2008 in a car accident and I didn't want to get my leg amputated with him not there to tell me everything is okay!

Last year (I think it was last year) I did a spell to make my legs get fixed somehow as I had just been thinking about how ugly I thought I looked! Then last week I saw a specialist who offered me surgery to fix my leg. Obviously the spell had worked! I will have the surgery in December or November this year (2009) and I won't have to wear a leg brace anymore and they are going to do something about my foot too!

I am so over the moon and lately have been looking at heels (mid heels) online! My leg will be a little bit swollen but It will be totally straight and stable. I have also been told by the surgeon that amputation was not a good option! Mum is so happy for me and I love her so much for sticking by me all these years.

I just wanted to share this story with everyone and also to people who wear a leg brace! People out there reading this who wear a leg brace, please don't give up hope! There will be something out there to help you, some wonderful surgeon who is willing to help you! Thank you for reading this story!

Blessed be

um witchcraft? Dude all you have to do is push the right button and you could conjure up something fierce... If you get a favor you have to pay it back... An eye for an eye... Just remember that

wiccangirl98,
Thank you for pointing out another awesome religion to me. After I wrote my last reply to you, I decided to investigate what the wicca beliefs are about. The first thing I noticed was how they appreciated sunrises and sunsets and all the beauty in nature. I can definatly relate to your beliefs. As soon as I read enough to get a picture of what you people where on about my dogs knew what time it was. The birds had allready started singing and the sun was just about to cause that red glow you see on sunrise. The beauty in the wicca beliefs made me walk my dogs a little bit earlier for some reason that morning. My dogs and I were rewarded with mist covering the field where I throw the ball for them. That was the first time they had seen mist. I love being the first person down the park in the morning and there is no tracks in the dew.

Hi Wiccangirl,
Have you heard that expression "there will be no looking back" means put the past behind and look to the future. I fully need an operation still. Infact probably always need to keep getting my knee serviced. I hope they come up with better technology. I can just start to walk up steps with my left leg fisrt. I'm not sure if I can ever walk down steps with my right leg first, but I will not loose hope. If I died tomorrow, I do not care for I have lived a lot richer life then too many other poor souls.
Peace and love
Dylan

Selena/franca, on my mum's side I have Romany Gypsy ancestors and my fathers side were christians and when my Father was alive he used to make me believe in God and whenever I talked to God or begged for help at hard times nothing happened. My mum and Mother nature helped me find my path - wicca. We should all find our own paths. Thankyou for commenting and I'm glad you found your path:)

Hi Wiccangirl.
How is your leg going? Are you able to take your brace off to swim yet? Swimming helped my leg the most. Would you be able to put flippers on? You probably know all about hydrotherapy. Once you have your operation there will be no looking back. So stoked to hear you are keeping your chin up.XD

Selena/Franca, I know you meant well, but the purpose of a site like this is for people to share their experiences, not to be judged. Put it another way: would you appreciate my visiting YOUR posts and insisting that your interpretation was wrong-- that it wasn't God, it was Goddess? I realize Christians are taught to denigrate other practices, particularly Paganism, but this isn't the place for that.

Thanks guys. I can't wait for my operation but I am a bit nervous because the last operation I had was extremely painful afterwards. I have been warned that it will be hard after the operation but eventually I will be able to walk without support, but time flies by and soon I will be walking properly! Xx

I am so happy for you... This is just my thought... Perhaps it wasn't a spell but God who was listening... Anyway what is important is that you are going to be well again.
God bless you
